Why were the forecast precip maps for this weekend so far off on rain totals? All this past week they showed a robust 2 to 3 inches of rain for east central illinois. As of sunday morning i’ve had 4 tenths. It’s really hard to plan fieldwork and planting when these maps and guidance are so far off.
