Areas of patchy dense fog can be expected for some communities across central Indiana this morning- especially northeast of the city. Slow down and drive carefully. Otherwise, once the fog burns off, look for a partly to mostly cloudy afternoon along with continued below average temperatures. When compared to that of Saturday, we should see more in the way of sunshine. Monday and Tuesday will continue the warmer theme along with partly cloudy skies. A cold front will offer up the chance of showers Wednesday (not a big deal as far as rainfall totals go) followed by yet another unseasonably cool push of air late week into the weekend. We continue to monitor next weekend’s forecast and for now have included the mention of showers Saturday as a disturbance drops southeast. Reinforcing cool air will blow into town early the following week. Hard to believe this is July…
